How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location.
Belgium: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days
Worldwide: 7–21 business days

These timeframes start once your order has been shipped.

How long does it take before my order is shipped?

We process and pack all orders within 2–4 business days.
We do not ship during weekends or Belgian public holidays.

Do you ship to every country?

Yes, we ship worldwide.
If your country is not available at checkout, email us at katrien@inourhouse.be and we will check the shipping options and costs for you.

How can I track my order?

All parcels include a track & trace number.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has shipped.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Any promotions for free or reduced shipping will be clearly displayed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

Can I return a book if I change my mind?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

Email us at katrien@inourhouse.be with your order number.
We will guide you through the return process.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

My parcel hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Check your tracking link first.
If it appears lost or delayed, contact the carrier directly.
You may also email us and we will help where possible.

I entered the wrong address — can you fix it?

Email us immediately.
If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address.
Once dispatched, the address can no longer be changed.

What happens if my package is returned to you?

If your parcel is returned due to missed delivery or an incorrect address, you can choose:
– a reshipment (additional shipping costs apply), or
– a refund (original shipping costs are not refundable).
